The hotel was quick to make everything perfect with a nice view of Sea World. I didn't experience the best customer service, but at least pet amenities were available. The dining experience was a bit disappointing without homemade ice-cream. The facilities were lacking in this aspect.

This hotel is like a hidden gem, tucked away near Sea World, making everything just perfect for my stay. The rooms are cozy with double beds and offer a nice view. The service wasn't exceptional, lacking a bit in customer care, but they do provide dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The location is ideal, being very close to Sea World, with quick access to everything I needed. The dining experience was a bit subpar, but no worries, the pool and other facilities made up for it. However, there could be more breakfast options. The price was fair, especially for the proximity to Sea World, but you need to pay extra for certain amenities like Wi-Fi.
